Rachel Bilson underwhelmed at the amfAR gala in a plain strapless dress that didn’t look too far away from a Juicy Couture terry sundress. Understated is one thing, but this look falls flat to me especially considering how glitzy the famous annual amfAR event is.

Agreed, the dress is blah. I especially dislike the spangly pastie things on her boobs. Shoes are blah. Her hair also is odd with the lighter bottom, darker top. She’s still a very pretty girl (lucky!) she should be rocking Cannes!
