All of the British Upper Crust are practically soiling their royal undies over the excitement of Ascot, which is all about horses, people who look like them (most of the crowd) and fabulous hats.  I think Fergie and Prince Andrew’s daughter HRH Princess Eugenie of York had the best hat at Royal Ascot Ladies Day – modern, not fussy and just plain cute.  Love, HRH Princess Cojo of Romania.
